Fixed InstallAs target for Windows (removed escriptcpp.pyd since this file is not created). Added new config variable cc_extra to add some C/C++ options without having to change everything.
Added config for shake63 and adjusted a few others
Copied configuration for shake73 and cognac
scons-dev branch now works under MacOS using Artak's latest environment. Use of -pedantic-errors can be turned off (for MacOS) with scons usepedantic=no.
Mods for Windows. Cleanup.
Tweaked the default settings for various options to make configuration more automatic. Fixed configuration for MKL.
Fixed bugs in configure...no longer caching results so needs some work
New scons scripts now work with scons-98 as well as scons-96...only had to use env.Clone() instead of env.Copy(). Added copyright to each scons file.

Restore the trunk that existed before the windows changes were committed to the (now moved to branches) old trunk.
Make a temp copy of the trunk before checking in the windows changes
The MPI branch is hereby closed. All future work should be in trunk. Previously in revision 1295 I merged the latest changes to trunk into trunk-mpi-branch. In this revision I copied all files from trunk-mpi-branch over the corresponding trunk files. I did not use 'svn merge', it was a copy.
Minor repairs to scons files
Repaired all targets for: scons docs It runs all these targets: release_examples guide_pdf api_epydoc api_doxygen
The OMP_NUM_THREADS environment variable is now imported into the scons evironment.
Finished renaming of boost_lib to boost_libs and boost_lib_path to boost_libs_path.

Had to undo commit to new MPI branch. The changes went into the original and not the branch. The files committed here are exactly the same as revision 969.
Parallelization using MPI for solution of implicit problems. Parallelization for explicit problems has already been accomplished in the main SVN branch. This is incomplete and is not ready for use.
